Timber frame benefits
Construction time
Using a timber frame cuts the total construction time by around 30%. The wall panels are constructed off-site during the ground works process and can be delivered to the site once the ground works are complete.

Control of the build program and costs
When the contract is signed the client will be told when the frame will be delivered and when the frame erection will be complete. This allows the client to book further trades to complete the build quicker.
We eliminate additional costs caused by delays due to adverse weather conditions due to all frames being build indoors.
Accuracy of build, flexibility, design and maintenance
Being factory produced, all the components are designed to fit together exactly. Timber frames offer flexibility of design whilst also allowing adaptations to be easily carried our in the future.
Environmental issues
The timber we use in our wall panels comes from renewable sources and the I-beams in the joist platforms are constructed using waste material from the lumber industry. The Panelvent external sheathing board is made from waste raw materials and the Fermacell internal wall boards are manufactured using recycled paper and gypsum.
