The founding directors have a wealth of experience to draw upon, having worked with timber framed buildings for the previous fifteen years. Likewise, the frame manufacturing staff are all experienced craftsmen, with up to ten years experience in the production of timber framed buildings, whilst all the MRT Homes frame erectors, have a minimum of five years experience in erecting timber framed homes.
Clients engage MRT Homes because they recognize that without a quality frame it is not possible to build a quality home. Also, MRT Homes offer total flexibility in frame specification. It is the client who chooses the frame specification, so the client retains ownership of their project. MRT Homes staff are available to offer any help and assistance that the client may require, but the final decisions are always left to the client.
As well as offering clients the freedom to choose the materials to be used, MRT Homes also offers the client options in relation to how extensive a frame package they wish to purchase. Some clients choose to have just the erected structural frame, whilst others require MRT Homes to supply other products that they will require to finish the build, such as external and internal joinery products, mechanical ventilation units, and insulation products to name but a few. Again the product choice is the clients, MRT Homes will not push clients into having a certain manufacturer’s products, and they will endeavour to supply only the products the client truly wishes to be supplied. The advantage to the client of picking a more extensive package is that a larger proportion of the build budget is fixed from the outset of the build, making controlling the overall build costs easier.
